How to Order?
1. Select which item you want, and pick the color and/or design.
2. Upload source images and comment the name of your pet. If selecting Paws, simply upload a good photo of your pal. (We advise our customers to upload a close-up photo and take their photo in natural daylight and don't use flash. Kindly make sure that the photo is not blurred and the ears in the photo are included.)
3. After that, you can add the item to your cart, proceed to check out, fill out all the needed information, and make sure it’s correct and you can place the order.
4. The artwork will be ready in a few days after placing their order. They can preview their artwork, request revision, or approve for printing!
Artwork Production
After placing the order, we have a team who is in charge of checking the photos submitted. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.
Once there is no issue, it will be forwarded to a designated artist to create a masterpiece artwork. It will be available for preview within the next 2-3 days.
Customers can preview the artwork for approval and possible revision.
Note: if the customer fails to approve the artwork within 48 hours, it will automatically be sent to print and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your shipping times?
For US Orders, 2-5 days production time, 3-7 days printing plus an additional 3-7 working days delivery time. We estimate a total of 2-3 week turnaround time but sometimes arrive sooner.
What about expedited shipping?
We can expedite shipping, but cannot control the speed of our artists or printing services. Please understand that ordering expedited shipping may not significantly decrease wait times.
Will I get a tracking number?
Definitely Yes! All orders will receive a tracking number once available, you'll receive an email containing the tracking information and other details
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. Any cancellation request sent after that window will be accepted but the customer will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee per head (pets or humans). This is because your artist will have started work on your order.
Orders that have been ready to print cannot be canceled under any circumstance.
Photo Guidelines
• Close-up photo works best, with the full head in the photo
• Make sure the photo is taken in natural sunlight, or during the day, and avoid the use of a camera flash which can wash out the image or create false colors.
• Eye level photo is also recommended
• Make sure that the photo is not blurred and that the ears in the photo are included. We cannot add the ears later if it’s not included in the photo.
• Make sure that the fur color in the photo is accurate, if not the fur design on the artwork won’t be either. Be sure to note anything else when placing your order.
NOTE:
If there’s an issue with the photo submitted our team will contact you to let you know, and request a better photo. This might also affect the delivery time of your order by a few days.
If you don't send another photo after we contact you, the original photo will be used but this may not result in better quality. Please make sure to follow the Photo guidelines above to receive a better quality artwork. The customer will not receive a refund if they provide a poor quality photo.
Can I print more than one pet on one canvas?
Definitely, yes! You can add up to a maximum of 4 heads, so you and your family can be painted and digitized as well.
Can I print my photo along with my pet?
Yes! Just select the number of heads and upload a picture of you and your pet so we make beautiful artwork to be printed.
Do you print any kinds of animals?
Yes! As long as you can provide a good-quality photo, we will make sure to create beautiful artwork for you!
Will you include the photo background?
We always make sure that subjects (pets and humans) are the focus of our artwork, we never include the background.
Can I preview my artwork before printing?
Yes! We offer artwork previews to be approved or for revision requests before printing.
